All generated readings are powered by algorithmic large language models (LLMs) and mathematical ephemeris calculations. They are intended exclusively for personal reflection, emotional self-inquiry, and educational purposes.

3. Digital Credits, Pricing & Payment Terms

AETOZY operates on a consumption-based digital credit model:

• Free Seeker Tier: Every newly registered user receives 5 complimentary credits upon signup to evaluate Destiny Matrix and Karma Debt Analyzer tools without payment.
• Cosmic Pro All-Access Plan: Users may purchase 120 High-Speed Credits for ₹333 (INR) (one-time payment). Pro credits carry lifetime validity and provide access to all 9 flagship tools, maximum depth of spiritual intelligence, and an ad-free VIP interface.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). AETOZY does not store complete debit/credit card numbers on its servers.

4. Cancellation & Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Because digital AI credits and computational resources are provisioned, activated, and made immediately available on our cloud servers upon successful payment verification, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once credits are added to your account or consumed for an AI query, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or refunded. In the event of an unfulfilled transaction where funds were debited but credits were not applied, please contact our support team with your transaction ID for prompt manual credit provisioning.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

When utilizing AETOZY, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or systematically extract proprietary prompt templates or system architectures.
• Use automated bots or scripts to consume server resources or overload API endpoints.
• Submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, or sexually explicit content into the AI input fields.
• Attempt to bypass credit verification mechanisms or exploit payment flaws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AETOZY, its directors, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including any decisions made in relationships, financial matters, or life choices based on astrological or psychological readings.

8. Governing Law & Contact Details

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
